The ICAA Southeast
is seeking qualified, motivated individuals to fill (3) vacancies on the Board of Trustees
for the Class of 2014.

The Board of Trustees is comprised of the chapter officers (the Executive Committee) and several “At Large” Board members. The Board of Trustees constitutes the Chapter’s leadership and its members represent the Southeast Chapter as active advocates for its mission and activities.

For the Board of Trustees, the Southeast Chapter seeks a wide array of committed and talented people. Nominees may be members of the general public with an interest in the classical arts and design or be active participants and professionals in the fields of architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, construction, real estate, nonprofit management, academia, the classical arts, and other related fields.

The nominee must have the desire and time to actively serve. Board members are asked to serve a three-year term (December 2011 - November 2014) with one renewable term. They also are responsible for participating in scheduled board meetings, typically one meeting on the first Wednesday of each month (limited conference call participation is available). They may also participate as an officer on the Executive Committee, as a committee chair, or as a committee member (although this additional participation is not required).

A nomination for someone other than yourself requires the consent of the nominee and a completed nomination form on their behalf. All nominees must be members in good standing of the ICAA Southeast.
